Refund policy

We will accept returns if product is defective or we shipped something incorrectly.

We will also allow for size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. See below for details.  

If you placed an order with the wrong size, no worries. Create and purchase a new order with the correct sizes needed, and let us know. You will need to ship the original order back to us at 7051 Merlin Way, Hamilton, OH 45011. Once we receive your original purchase, we will refund you for the original amount of the purchase, less the original shipping costs.
